The CHA4M320BC Chamfer FLEX-HONE® tool for surface finishing and deburring is designed for bore size of 0.157" (4mm) and chamfers between 0.005" and 0.015". This tool features 0.75" of abrasive globules which are composed of 320 grit Boron Carbide (BC) and are excellent for Medium to high carbon steels and heat-treated steels to 50 Rc. It is also useful in titanium. 320 grit generally provides an Ra Finish range of 18 - 30 Microinch (.5 - .7 Micrometer).
