The CHB8M180BC Chamfer FLEX-HONE® tool for surface finishing and deburring is designed for bore size of 0.315" (8mm) and chamfers between 0.016" and 0.030". This tool features 2.00" of abrasive globules which are composed of 180 grit Boron Carbide (BC) and are excellent for Medium to high carbon steels and heat-treated steels to 50 Rc. It is also useful in titanium. 180 grit generally provides an Ra Finish range of 30 - 40 Microinch (.7 - 1 Micrometer).
